Sopas de Salchichon Y Jamon-Salami & Ham Soup
Yesterday was a rainy day so what’s best on a day like that? That’s right Salchichon soup with jamon yumon. Here I share with you my way of making it. It’s not a recipe but just how I like to make it and everyone loves it!
You’ll need of course
3 to 4 Potatoes
Sazon con Achoite
1 can of tomato sauce
A big pot
Directions: (picture tutorial below)
Cut up the jamon (jam) in small bite size chunks, do the same with the salchichon (salami) and throw it in the pot.
Cut up the potatoes and throw them in the pot as well.
Fill with water enough to cover.
Put on the stove on medium heat and cook for like 10 mins then add the remaining ingredients except for the noodles those are added much later.
Let cook for 40 minutes to an hour. Add the noodles as much or as little as you like. Cook until noodles are tender for like 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy! You can make white rice on the side to eat along with your delicious sopas 🙂
