For this stitch a multiple of 3+2 is needed unless your starting row will be done with sc and if so start with a ch of 3+1, sc in the second ch.
For a baby blanket make a ch of 121.
For an afghan make a ch of 235.
If you want anything bigger like for a queen size bed then make the ch longer as long as it’s a multiple of 3+2, then measure it on the bed.
Repeat the pattern for the length desired for your project.
I didn’t mention this in the video but you can end your project with a sc row. Just sc the same amount you started with (120 or 235 SC)
